I have experienced so many amazing moments during my photography career. I’ve had the opportunity to see so many beautiful locations and weddings and meet wonderful people. I’ve witnessed true love and happiness. Every wedding, session and friendship that I’ve gained from being a photographer has been an absolute blessing. This year though, I was given the greatest blessing of all. I was given the honor of photographing my mother’s wedding.

Out of everything my mother has given me, this has been the best. My mother has provided me with lifelong lessons that I will forever cherish, but what I’ve learned from her and Chester will always be the most important. I didn’t always believe in love. I didn’t always think marriage was worth it. After seeing their relationship grow and strengthen throughout the years, my skepticism of love has faded. They have shown me that no matter how bad the past has been and no matter what life throws at you, finding love is ALWAYS possible. Because of them, I’m a firm believer that everyone has a soul mate out there. (Mine just so happens to be Jake)

They had a small wedding surrounded by our closest family, and it was perfect! The weather, venue and decor couldn’t have been more beautiful. Everyone was glowing with pure happiness. And everything went off without a hitch! (except, of course her forgetting her beautiful bouquet walking down the aisle! whoops…)
